Chief Apostle Dr. I.L. Carter-Martin is a seasoned apostolic leader, licensed counselor, and visionary dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of God. With over two decades in prophetic ministry, he was ordained an Apostle in 2000 under the late Apostle Ralph E. Beechum.
He is the founder of Prophetic Anointed International Ministries Inc (PAIM Inc), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and serves as a spiritual covering to churches across the nation under Chief Apostle Michael Densmore who is the Presiding Prelate Bishop for Community Churches of God Inc.
Apostle Carter-Martin is also a passionate mentor through his “Boys to Men” Group and serves as Chairman of the Gathering of the Eagles Fellowship Conference. His mission is to equip leaders, counsel with compassion, and build strong, Spirit-led communities.
PAIM Inc has been serving its members since 1999. Founded by Dr. I.L. Carter-Martin, Chief Apostle, PAIM Inc provides a place for a select combination of Elect 5-fold Ministry Leaders: Apostles/Bishops, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers who have a heart to lead, strategically.
